Niger needs
Niger faces high challenges in securing a better future for the citizens, as it has around 40% of its population affected by malnutrition, hence denials of the basic right to a healthy life. Around 50% do not have access to drinking water, hence making their daily lives precarious. The education sector also faces critical setbacks with 65% of the population being illiterate, hence denying future generations opportunities to build a better future.
Our turn in Niger
Our contribution to Niger involves AHAD Association, which is a form of charity and brotherhood. It aids citizens in some daily basic needs. AHAD has provided urgent food supplies and access to clean water in most villages, making lives easier in these given circumstances. This association also takes care of education, constructing schools to open the way for the ambitions of aspiring youngsters. Each one of these projects reflects the spirit of AHAD in service to humanity, striving unrelentingly for lasting change and instilling hope for a better future.
