Central African states, including Chad, Mali, Niger and Sudan, are in a catastrophic situation as a result of violent floods that have caused heavy loss of life and property.
Hundreds of families found themselves homeless, trapped by water that washed away everything they had. Children and women suffer from severe shortages of food and potable water, while fears of disease spread are growing as a result of extreme conditions.
We are facing a real humanitarian catastrophe, where those affected need every possible support to survive. In this suffering, we call on you to respond urgently to this humanitarian distress. Every donation, whatever its size, can make a huge difference.
